Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and preferred shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery may take between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. As many of our pieces are made to order, this timeframe allows for meticulous craftsmanship and secure international handling where applicable.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can monitor your order’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier service disruptions.
